Notice is hereby given Gearhart City Council will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, February 15, 2017, 5pm, Gearhart City Hall, 698 Pacific Way.
The Council has received an appeal of a Planning Commission decision from Terry Lowenberg, Sum Properties LLC file #16-001CU regarding a conditional use of lottery machines. In accordance with Gearhart Zoning Ordinance Section 13.060 (4) Appeals, the council will meet to determine the Scope of Review; restricted to the record, presentation of limited additional evidence, de novo hearing or remand back to the commission for additional consideration.
The public is encouraged to attend; no public testimony will be taken at this meeting. The public hearing will be scheduled at a later date.
