Earth Day: Clean Up Day!

In honor of Earth Day 2023 (designated April 22nd), the City of Gearhart is hosting a FREE clean-up day at City Hall on:

Saturday, April 22nd

Drop boxes will be located at Gearhart City Hall for resident use from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Please bring unwanted junk and other trash for deposit in the drop boxes. A separate electronic disposal dumpster will also be onsite for discarding electronic material.

A reminder that while trash and electronics are accepted, never bring hazardous waste. (DO NOT bring: chemicals, oil, tires, batteries, paint, solvents, or other hazardous waste.) The Clatsop County Hazardous Waste Program in Astoria began operating January 2020.
