Stakeholder-Based Elk Management Plan for Clatsop Plains

We submitted an application for assistance to a group called Oregon Solutions, who provide a system and process for problem solving using what is called community governance. From our application, "The opportunity is to address distribution problems with elk populations and create a pathway for a localized wildlife management plan that involves balancing outreach elk education and a community-wide approach to reducing urban big game interactions and urban distribution."

This roundtable will involve discussion of process between Oregon Solutions and the 10 key players representing multiple organizations in the area, and viewpoints on the subject.
