Independence Day Parade

It’s almost here! Gearhart’s popular hometown walking parade will follow the usual route. Folks line up in two parallel lines on Marion facing south between 10th and 8th.

The parade will travel down onto Pacific Way where it will finish at Gearhart’s Volunteer Fire Department. You will find our volunteer firefighters serving up FREE hot dogs and soda, available until they’re out!

Want to help? There are lots ways to assist on the 4th, from helping direct traffic, to answering questions. Please contact us if you are interested in volunteering! We already have a few names down. We will reach out to all interested volunteers via phone or email a day or two prior to the festivities with instructions!
