This permit allows installation and use of an audible/silent alarm where police response is required.

A copy of Ordinance 632 is attached below for further information.

There is a $15 fee to obtain this permit. Online payment of permits is not accepted at this time.

You may mail/drop off payment in advance, or pay by phone for a 3% fee: 503.738.5501.

No $15 permit fee is charged for handicapped residents, and/or if age 60+.

 

Need this permit? We always welcome you to stop by City Hall during normal business hours to pick one up and apply/pay in person.
