Beaches & Dunes Access & Vegetation Removal Permit

This permit grants vehicle access to the beaches and dunes overlay area(s) for vegetation removal activities.

A two-page document outlining the city's policy on the pruning, trimming, and removal of vegetation and trees follows the application.

Be advised that both the property owner and contractor (if applies) will need to sign the application.

You will be contacted by the City Administrator to schedule a site walk-through where work specifics will be discussed. Photos and/or site map may be required.

There is no fee to obtain this permit.

Please be advised nesting season February through June will affect the approval decision of an application.

 

Need this permit? We always welcome you to stop by City Hall during normal business hours to pick one up and apply in person.
