Garage Sale Permit

This permit is used for residential garage sales no longer than 3 days.

Only two Garage Sale permits will be issued per person/location during the calendar year.

There is no fee to obtain this permit.

Need this permit? Online options for your convenience:

1) Type/print out the application in advance and drop it in the City Hall drop box during business hours, or mail it to PO Box 2510, Gearhart, OR 97138;

2) Fill out the entry fields below and we will email you the permit application directly for electronic signature.
