Tree Cutting Permit Application

This permit grants major or minor tree removal in Gearhart city limits in all areas outside of the beaches and dunes overlay zone.

It is recommended you review referenced Ordinance 942 in it's entirety prior to submitting as you confirm you will comply by signing.

Be advised that either the property owner or contractor may complete the application and a site map is required.

You may be contacted by the City Administrator to schedule a site walk-through where work specifics will be discussed and submitted measurements verified.

There is no fee to obtain this permit at this time.

Please be advised nesting season February through June will affect the approval decision of an application.
